Painting the tape? I am sure most have heard of High Frequency Traders and the Dark Pools? Sure, these aren't really oriented towards penny stocks because it cost a fortune to set up the trading system. But, what if the system has been adapted to paint the tape in certain very liquid(385 million outstanding and popular) penny stocks like LQMT?

What if someone in the Caymans or anywhere really, has built a smaller system with algorithms written to influence penny stocks with liquidity? If the HFT's are flipping volume for fractions of a cent in milliseconds, creating volume at the same time this may attract the momo players.

Just a theory. Got a figure out the game to win, IMO. Carry on.
