arlier that I thought the shares were restricted for 2 years, but that was because I was on my phone and was not looking at the agreement. baomike pointed out that I was actually talking about the restriction on the stock to not be part of any reserve splits for two years.

Is that what you are thinking of as well? Or did you see (and I just don't remember) that there is also a two year restriction on the sale of the stock?
