Lol, dude come on man, stop sensationalizing everything. Go back to SEDAR and look again. On May 1st 2013 they issued the EXACT same meeting notice using the EXACT same language and the EXACT same date of May 12th. Dude just relax with your investment, take a vacation for a couple or few months, come back and all will be ok. Banro is a sleeper...again it is NOT your overnight lottery ticket...it is a BUY and then HOLD and then WAIT using lots of PATIENCE and then you will be rewarded :)
