Hey Geniuses...who only concentrate on dilution.

Would you rather have a 10 billion dollar company and then give back 10% in dilution or a

5 billion dollar company and have 0 dilution....

Options are used in lieu of cash to give incentive for brilliant guys to come up with unique ideas that lead to patents....some of those patents will be worth billions and the dilution will only occur with a rising stock price and the stock price will only rise if IDCC continues to be inventive and we will only continue to be inventive by throwing options at these smart guys...

Now I know...guys like Dweller and Marchma just wont get it....but I guess thats why they are not leaders in Industry......
