look at the PPS, is it falling drastically like everyone has been saying? No in fact it's slowly building from the R/S. I suspect were gonna see a dramatic rise again on this. Obviously we all would have loved it if the stock just rose on it's own merit and a R/S was cancelled because were all money hungry bastards. but it would have cost the company alot more money for it to happen that way. It makes more sense to boost the pps this way. All IMHO!
