JOHN MORENO STARTED THE SEC FILING HIMSELF! SEC file number#392624 or email all complaints and amounts taken with name and direct contact information to help@sec.gov. Formal press release will be held tomorrow terminating the merger agreement, roll back and freezing all stock, funding and investment. Please submit ASAP, first 100 investors who show proof of filing, will be reimbursed from the company (IGU) which is open, debt free, and doing business. 30 million on the books this month alone!
