Okay people. Please read prior posts and posted news. The same questions have been asked and answered. It would also behove you to do your own DD.

1. IMO the company used .05 warrants to finance the upcoming deal(s).. Therefore no need for private placement. Which is very good for investors.

2. The halt is standard operating procedure when a company has a major change in the works. ie becoming an MJ company or a complete merger.
