If you call or email lately the vast majority of time you get no answer at all. When you do get anything it's along the lines of the BS in their PRs "we're working on it, looking forward to changing the world". And when you dare ask harder questions like hey you promised this, never happened or how is it possible shipping takes so long etc Andy just gets really mad and starts saying it's all the fault of the "bad people" on ihub and how dare we question the company when we never tried to do the amazing things they are doing and have no idea how hard it is. So talking to them isn't really an option because they don't talk back.
