The 10-K from my perspective

There are both positives and negatives to be taken from the 10-K.

I will go negative first:

1. 21 Million in debt
2. Revenues dropped significantly
3. Liabilities are up
4. Dilution is happening to finance operations

Now the Positives

1. Companies are still willing to finance.
2. 150,000 revnue in a year of testing and implementing
3. As of 12/31, O/S was only 2.2 billion
4. Loss was around 3 million if you figure the difference in revenue so being revenue neutral only requires the ad revenue to be 3 million. Thats pennies for what Vir2o and Student Connect could be.
