It is very simple the runner gets the next base. The runner on first should be placed on 2nd. Simple as that. The ump calls out the hitter the runner run back to 1rst is given 2nd on a replay. It really is that simple, they play as if the ump calls it on the field, and then we adjust if things don't go well. I seen countless guys already called out, that got in before the tag on the bases. To me that is the primary reason why I need replay because too many of those occur in my opinion.

Your focused on one play, there is and easy solution, that is fair to all sides. It is important to get the call right, you are too focused on play, and not focused on the overall which is simply going to improve getting the right call radically in my opinion.
