You're saying they got refunds!!! In a real scam no one would have received a refund!! As for your statement "People who purchased tickets for the fake ferry passages had to fight hard to get refunds, even if they used a credit card." No if you purchase anything with a credit card and are not happy with that it all one has to do is contact the credit card company put in a reverse charge and you will get your money back no matter what!! Anyone with a merchant account knows this and anyone that uses a credit card is covered by this!!
