It would not be the first time former consultant to PVEC David Turner worked a scam and hung someone else out to dry.

I can certainly document the scam that Peter Villiotis conducted in Panama when he was selling tickets to a fictitional ferry service between Colon, Panama and Cartegena, Colombia claiming his private Panamanian company "Pan American Seaways" owned the Nissos Rodos ferry. People who purchased tickets for the fake ferry passages had to fight hard to get refunds, even if they used a credit card. Peter's company was only offering refunds by check. I sense that most who bought tickets never received usable refunds.

Peter Villiotis is a con artist. I suspect that people who buy the vacation packages offered on the Zeus Travel website might end up with the same kind of problems experienced by people who bought tickets for his fictional Pan American Seaways ferry passages on the Nissos Rodos.

The Pan American Seaways scam he ran was actually quite elaborate. There was a lost of advertising in Panama and Peter employed Spanish-speaking reservation agents.

When I have time, I'll elaborate further, but the deal was clearly a outright scam.
