Any thought on what the 600k is for?

I am guessing some of it will be used for the initial purchase of the vaporizer. E cigs sell for about $40 to $60 for the kit.

Please correct the number if I am off base. 10000 units at ML's cost of $25 for a quarter million. Margin $10 per net $100k top line.

Cost of building the web site to see them? Looks like 30k should cover.

That leaves a good chunk of change to bring the app and recipe book to market.

Who knows, I could be wrong about this company. Please play devils advocate here. What am I missing? I see real value in what has been build and sense we are on the verge of seeing the formation of a real company.
