Baomike- I'm pretty sure I read the same thing in the actual agreement. I thought I read that the shares are restricted for 2 years. I'm on my phone right now and can't find that actual filing (just the press releases, articles, etc). But I definitely remember reading that.

Also just so you know, you're not the only one doing dd. ha.
