Any firm, regardless of industry, with an EBIT and % of Sales like $KTO is doing very well. This should have a positive impact on AEGY assuming the merger happens. BTW, mergers can happen typically within one month of the "handshake" and in this case possibly no later than the end of the next fiscal quarter. IMO
