Thanks OD, that was a good read and answered many of my questions, but more importantly and hopefully, it will satisfy the questions Judge Essex has. After all, from one of the 2/14/14 hearing transcripts he stated that he had concerns over another possible remand and that was regarding the “Federal Circuit Remand” of the 613 being introduced into the 868!

Additionally IMO, on 2/14, he all but asked the attorneys for help, which was provided by the Markman hearing of Mar.12, 2014. :')

Z0 case to tell me what I can and cannot do with it and how
Z1 much that claim construction is binding upon me from the
12 Federal Circuit and Commission.
