e basically asking him to give up 98% of this company. no WAY that is going to happen. Why on earth would he do that?

I hate to say it but this has ALREADY HAPPENED multiple times with VKML. It seems to me like people on this forum think maybe they did the transaction this way by accident? I would be shocked if they didn't realize what they were doing...
