This istru because of the "simultaneous" HUGE share offering to Indie Growers.

A reverse split CAN be something that isn't bad (if you own 1,000 shs at $1 then those shares do a 100:1 reverse split and now you have 10 shs worth $100 it's basically the same thing). SOMETIMES this is done to increase the value of the stock to make it more attractive to potential purchasers, and sometimes it is done to uplist to a major exchange because they require minimum pps levels.

HOWEVER, when it's done coupled with a HUGE share issuance AFTER THE RESERVE SPLIT, previous shareholders typically get completely hosed.
