Cool sts: sounds like your a tinkerer like most. Have you ever thought about jury rigging your own SCBA? Like take a Gas mask and attach a CPAP air line to it? Air is amazing, unlike liquid you don't need a whole lot of energy to push air. It can travel long distances without losing a lot of energy. I bought a CPAP machine from Goodwill for $4. I don't have sleep apnea, I was using it for another application. CPAP machines don't push a lot of air, however you could put the CPAP machine in a clean environment (outside your shop) and run the airline to your mask. Just a thought.

Also thanks to you and BioChica, great ideas, if you want to get something done do it yourself. I'll have my doc write me another script and I'll take it to Target and fill my Vascepa Script there. Good suggestion. I think I know what to say. I'm sure Express Scripts would rather I not take any medications.

Now as far as Lovaza is concerned; Doesn't it raise your LDL-C and it also has an A-FIB warning on its label?

The other drugs Express Scripts suggested were Feno-Fibrates and Niacin, no comment these are detrimental and have way too many side effects.

Got to touch all bases; Statins..... statins to me are poison, anything that shuts down your liver function to me is deleterious, plus the adverse side effects, joint pain etc.. Looks like I pull up some old messages and read thoroughly.
