Oh well. I don't plan on exiting in the next few months anyway. I just would rather see some positive reporting. CEO didn't sugar coat anything but was so vague in his statement this morning. At this point I will take it as it's pretty much a done deal they are negotiating the price for acquisition in all cash basis.
