Too many extensions. Can't really put a timetable on DD like the CEO is trying to do because you never know what kind of shit you'll uncover (bad records, books, contracts etc.) Good DD takes at least a month, so the length of the DD makes sense. However, the constant extensions do place a burden on investor confidence. I'm balls deep in this stock so I'm going to see how this plays out.
