The S.E.C. has done everything in it's formidable power to damage or destroy a legitimate business concern, as well as it's former business partners and client associations. Personally, I believe that all affected should file a multi-billion dollar lawsuit against the Federal Government for permitting it's employees to wield such out of control authority. The S.E.C. needs to be investigated and the irresponsible parties should be incarcerated pending trial for wrongdoing.
