Joe,

I've been a shareholder for a little while now, and was wondering if you have any information on getting the DTC chill lifted? I know that'll allow many more investors to help the company. Also, is there any information on the President Walter Nicholas? Any info would be grateful.

RESPONSE

Hi Jerry, the Company is diligently working on the new website which will answer a lot of the shareholder questions. Our attorney is working very closely with DTC to have the chill removed. We don't have any time frame on eligibility yet. Please keep checking website for updates. Ty, Joe
