So basically, LOI good/for/45/days. Very different from the 1st 10+7 day DD periods & subsequent PR’s. which were not a LOI, but moreover a tour with implications of possible interest of acquisition., & BLA-BLA-BLA.. Therefore “Static Age” is right to be skeptical.
Supreme PR’s have to many open ended “False-Positives”.. By “False” I mean a way out, which is why the PPS & relatively low volume is-where-it-is.. I don’t know how Canadian Law & TSX work with regards to deals of this kind compared to US, but I am mystified as to why no money wasn’t put on the table up front by Supreme in the first place, contingent on the deal following through or else loose it.. This would have sent a much bigger message of confidence to investors across the entire spectrum w/the PPS trading way higher that it currently is..
JMO of course, and hope that Supreme surprises tomorrow w/a done deal, just to prove me wrong…

Currently TSX volume ( 9X US ) nearing 10 milly.. Hopefully EOD gives the GREEN light on which way this is headed..
