How can one go forward, if they don't know where they came from?

Many can or will NOT move forward, until they can reconcile the past…

I don't think a thought police is appropriate when Fair and Reasonable has still not been achieved by any measure. With the endless corruption we have endured throughout the ordeal, nobody should follow anyone blindly, and our Reps who have had YEARS, have yet to appropriately monetize the NOLs. Heck, we are still in the dark, and guessing what the NOL value is. Also, if ESCROW is completely dependent on litigation, as they are saying, how can we be suing NOBODY?

Yes, WMIH has significant Potential, and for that we should be happy. I will still be on my guard until Fair and Reasonable has been achieved.
