Thanks for your comments BigBake1, much appreciated. One final question if I may. I am going out on the proverbial limb and making the assumption that a company, post-suspension, has the right to contact the SEC and find exactly what was the issue(s). Would I be incorrect?

Do I really have to tell you these are my opinions and that you should do your own DD? You're not gonna' listen anyway ...
