BigBake1, can you shed any light on whether there is/is not any communication by the SEC to a company prior to a suspension? While I doubt the SEC says to the company "we're suspending your sorry ass tomorrow" I still wonder if in the days and weeks leading up to the suspension if the SEC has asked question(s) of them.

Do I really have to tell you these are my opinions and that you should do your own DD? You're not gonna' listen anyway ...
