Ram.. if there is no PR, financials, or some type of real update provided by April 30 and ALL we get from Hilal is an updated list of officers per NV guidelines then I beleive SH have been duped once again. I am not predicting this will be the outcome but we need to be prepared with a plan of action if this were to occur as Hilal's track record in rewarding SH is abysmal.

IMO if nothing changes come April 30 (other than an updated list of officers) which in any case may only include Hilal, Hilal & Hilal, then we need to strongly consider the nuclear route with all options on the table.
