maddog, when Howard used the "hockey stick" analogy a few years back he was talking about REVENUES, not W-CDMA deployment activity. IMO that is why Rip used the same analogy to describe what InterDigital has based it's business plan on, i.e., he wanted to clear up any misconceptions like you appear to have had. These guys are sharp, and I like seeing Rip cover Howard's back out there on the battlefield. Teamwork.

AND by the way, the IDCC revenues are beginning to trace what looks like a "hockey stick" pattern from where I'm watching.
