BSW I for one am tired of this crap. I would be surprised by anything other than a rubber stamp on whatever is proposed. But as the advocate of issue #2 please get it right.

You stated.According to IDCC's proxy, 18% of all option grants go to management (15) and 82% go to the rest of the employees (285).

The proxy actually says is "As of the end of 2002, the percentage of stock options outstanding held by executive officers was approximately 18% of the total number of stock options outstanding held by all option recipients.

Held, not granted.
