Mr. Scheltema is fully expecting the SEC to declare this effective after he has answered all the questions they put in front of him. He also is ready to inform shareholders of his many plans for the future. I for one am interested to hear more about his business plan for HD Retail, that was something he would not talk about in my conversation with him.
