So you're saying the Attorney handling the FDA matter is the counsel that has been on board with Dewmar? John Johnson III has been there long enough for the FDA letter to have been cc:d directly to him! IOW they didn't have to go off and find one they had one; hence, they WERE prepared for this serious matter and probably knew it was coming which checks with the Dr. communications. That's thinking ahead in a changing environment.
The attorney's name and company is in the cc:D section of the warning letter.
