Tony needs to bring the Washington connection under the USEI flag. That's the start of a multi state franchise. They are already established and have revenues. They know the regulations associated with this business. It is a NO BRAINER to offer the Washington entity a piece of the company. Revenues, knowledge , multi state sales and we will all be happy. I ain't expecting anything involving erbb. They will show everyone a machine you can put your product in, whoopie do. What difference will it make if you don't have a number of established locations to put these machines.
If Tony doesn't get this company under the USEI umbrella, someone else will grab a company that has 50000 sales per month and a popular product.
