Hacktheripper: How right you are. I was involved in one of these stock class action litigation in the 1980's regarding a stock and when all was said and done I received 10 cents on the dollar of what I lost. The second one of these that I was notified about I tossed in the trash. If this litigation goes anywhere I will be a part of the class action just for something to do/watch but I don't expect to receive anything substantial. I feel so bad for the investors that really got hurt by this, I really do. Most of my liquid resources are in cash and I'm only 15 percent in stocks so I will not get hurt by this if the stock goes to zero.
