Ok now comes the lawyers, who are usually the buddies of the corporate owners, who will run up massive billable hours, the stock holders will get there little notices in the mail there has been a class action suit on their behalf. You can elect to join or sue individually,

In the end, they will be found guilty, the SEC gets their big fines, The lawyers get huge money through their billable hours, and the shareholders get that piece of metal called the shaft.

No jail time will be handed out, the owners will be reprimanded and no money will be given to the shareholders.

This is just a headsup to all other MJ stocks out there and the SEC has given shareholders fair warning.
