I feel there is a good reason he is now one of CBYI's directors

There is. "Walter Nicholas" had become an embarrassment.

That PR certainly is sloppy, but I'd expect nothing less of these clowns. First they say he's CEO, and then they say he's a board member. Naturally he could be both, but they don't announce the appointments together.

What do you want to bet that we hear little or nothing from or about "Walter Nicholas" from here on out?
