Ph@T sound like a scam to me. Most of the PR is a fluff, nothing to show for, not even a product. It's an IPO company and release all kind of BS PR. Know wonder it's got shutdown. As I was said earlier in March "IT'S A GOOD THINGS THAT SEC GOING ON A RAMPAGE IN MJ SECTOR. WEED OUT ALL THE BAD SEED AND LEAVE A REAL ONE PROSPERITY." AEGY/SKTO have real products, real customers and most important an excellent management teams. Even thou we trade at sub penny level but AEGY did not put out BS PR. This management team act like we're trading on big board no fluff PR(only the real deal). Most don't see the big picture but I do.
