I see both points on this issue but I think it is disingenuous to expect EDDC to be a blue chip stock or to be perfect in their reporting. It is likely that many deals have been inked and rescinded over the years (I know I have definitely seen them)

However, the deals that are current are deals that we can verify. Equipment is on buses (verified by school districts, news, etc.) Apps are available on the android and apple stores. This is the first time that ECDC has had tangtible proof of its business. Makingf money should come next. Non of us can possibly know but that is why we are living in pennyland and not buying stocks at 300 dollars per share.
