If Rambus prevails against Hynix, and Hynix chooses to appeal rather than settle and license Rambus's IP, then 5:05-cv-00334-RMW continues. This case covers what is presently manufactured. Hynix must resolve the AT litigation as well.

Not sure what you mean with the reference to Moore's Law working in the legal world. Relative to Rambus, nothing in the legal world strikes me as funny, especially the idea of Rambus winning against Hynix but not settling or collecting and instead being forced to open new litigation. Improbable, but anything is possible.

Just my opinion.
