Question for the board?? What if we win in court, but Hynix doesn't sign up for a license. Are the patents in trial infringed upon in what is being manufactured presently or xdr. Would we have to win future cases to cover what has transpired over all this time? I would think Moores law works in the legal world also so I figure we've gor it covered but I'm hoping Cal can respond, or at least tell me what Cal thinks on the subject.lol Not dissing Cal, but it is funny. (i hope)
