I am positive on ECDC but they will likely be dropped to the OTC PINK market soon because OTCBB/QB has a new rule that requires a PPS above .01 to stay on the market. Not sure when but they will have to move to PINK sdooner or later. Yes, ECDC is a full reporter but please remember that anyone that knwos this company also knwos it has a checkered ;past.

Let's be honest, this company is not a long play but can have positive growth short term and make people lots of money. Kay also has a history of diluting just after they comapny reports.

All that said, this company is 20 million in the red but can make that up in ad revenue in a year if Student Connect explodes (which it looks like is happening), so I am again goign to use this stock as a way to make money just like we all should be doing.
