Mingqian He & Leslie were part of the original Corning eo materials group.

• Commercialized Corning’s Non-linear Optical materials with sales to three semiconductor fabricators for optical interconnects
• Started and managed the early stages of an Organic Electro-Optic Materials project that obtained
the world record organic material Nonlinear Electro-Optic coefficient that was sold to three
semiconductor fabricators
• Patent portfolio committee chair for the Photonics business establishing patent priorities
• Managed the Organic Electronics Material IP portfolio making maintenance fee decisions

Mingqian He has continued the work until this day and it appears that this group has really picked up the pace on patents over the past 3 or so years.
