i agree dig4, only 200-300 mil shares outstanding and the a 1-200 mil RS? there is more here than meets the eye. I bet its to uplist to NYSE or Naz. But they are not trying to screw shareholders, im gonna wait and find out. This is not ur typical OTC and typical BS CEO stock.
