This is why BMSN is tanking. 1.5 billion shares outstanding, CEO affiliated with previous P&D, constantly issuing shares to dilute exisiting shareholders, one man show CEO, 97% share loss in BMSN since it started trading, lawsuite, etc etc etc. Below article says it best!!!
