You could be right but at .04 cents it would be $8 after the split, at .08 it was $16. After the split. If IGA is the new symbol and trades at $16(the stock split takes the old stock price and converts it on that day-so whatever VKML trades at times 200) and goes the $50. What does it matter, you do as well as someone who buys it at $16 post merger.

Also, the split does not affect total value,
If you own $500 worth of VKML, you own $500 after the split. Only, share count changes.

It's wheter, dilution occurs that hurts. But right now got a new company for shares so not dumping shares on market. They probably are restricted shares too.
