Share diss is big on the front end of an op, so they will have to show front end VALUE of PPs to make shares matter to financial investing groups, not share investors but banks and such. Think about how many times OH say Verizon or Valaro or EXXON goto: these institutions for GREEN, even APPLE with 150 BILLION cash in hand borrowed 19BILLION US DOLLARS 2 years ago, yes APPLE had to prove up to these groups of investors banks and big institutional investors.
