To those considering voting against additional options:

You are putting handcuffs on the company you own.

Every other company competing w/InterDig will be offering options to new management and engineers. Interdig will be limited by your vote.

In 2001 InterDig granted 5m options, in 2002 only 1m were granted. Ronny tried to claim credit for this difference; but there is only one reason: in 2001 InterDig hired 100 new engineers - in 2002 very few.

Get this: Options are an important management tool - if you take it away, Interdig will not be playing on a level field.

All long term holders should support management's request in this issue.
