Someday they may file their financial document and people will see after preferred automatic conversion the stock has a market cap of $250 million. They will also see little or no cash on the balance sheet.

It is all hype from the message boards and people think it is cheap because it is 4 cents. There will be automatically 5.5 billion shares for the share count. Something the Yahoo key statistics page doesn't pick up on.
