Skylark,

There is yet no guarantee of anything on HEPI. Ooops .... I mean't promise. The bioactives still have to prove themselves in the broader tests which appear to be coming soon. I don't think the global animal health company puts out cash for this scaled test without having touched it themselves and gaining some comfort that it is worth moving forward. Dahl's recent comments lead me to believe HEPI is working with the biggest of the big in animal health (i.e. "sophisticated animal health scientists that already leads the world in animal health products.")

Yes ..... the 10K does have numerous interesting things in it, including some new stuff ..... but hey .... no need for me to point those out. LOL.

My biggest peeve at the moment is the continued excuses on funding. I don't see any creativity at all on this front.

The other side of it .... if they can prove the value .... IMO it is a buyout candidate as the company has no infrastructure for an acquirer to have to consider. In the right hands, the opportunity becomes even greater. My preference is that HEPI get to that point (proving the value of the bioactive for multiple verticals) and sell to a player who can drive multiple verticals through. Should be able to compute reasonable future value and come to a number. The bonus comes if HEPI can also prove a synthetic, commercially viable version.

Amigo Mike
