Please provide more information about the new Nasdaq BX Venture Exchange. Why isn't this new exchange receiving priority status?

Yes, the NASDAQ BX Venture Exchange has been approved by the SEC, but has yet to launch. Hopefully it will soon. The plan is to have NASDAQ actually regulate the market, which would include regulatory halts for news and utilize NASDAQ's market surveillance team to identify unusual and questionable trading patterns. There is a real demand for a legitimate US venture marketplace, and the OTCMarkets QB isn't it, and is much less so after the changes to eligibility.
